Klaar SEO does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes. Refund requests based solely on ranking changes, traffic fluctuations, or unmet expectations are not eligible for approval.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only if:
The service has not yet started, and
The refund request is submitted within 48 hours of payment, and
No work, research, audits, reports, or setup tasks have been initiated
Once work has started, no refunds will be issued.
4. Non-Refundable Services
The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:
SEO audits, keyword research, and competitor analysis
On-page or technical SEO work
Content creation or optimization
Link building or outreach services
Monthly or recurring SEO packages after work has begun
Custom or one-time digital marketing services
These services require immediate resource allocation and manual effort.
5. Subscription & Monthly Services
For monthly or recurring SEO plans:
Payments are billed in advance
You may cancel future billing at any time before the next billing cycle
No refunds are provided for the current or past billing periods
Cancellation stops future charges only.
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We encourage clients to contact us first to resolve any concerns.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may result in immediate service termination and account suspension.
7. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases, refunds may be issued at our sole discretion if there is a clear failure to deliver the agreed-upon service scope. Any approved refund will be partial, based on work completed.
