Klaar SEO provides digital marketing and website services only, including SEO, web optimization, analytics integration, content creation, blog development, and social media optimization.

2. Services Provided

We offer the following services:

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Website Design and Web Optimization

  • Google Analytics Setup and Tracking

  • Blog Creation and Content Development

  • Social Media Optimization (SMO)

  • Digital Marketing Strategy

  • Market Intelligence & SEO Tools (Beta Platform)

We do not sell or provide streaming services, TV subscriptions, IPTV services, or media distribution.

3. Prohibited Business Categories

Clients must NOT use our services for businesses involved in:

  • ❌ Streaming services, IPTV, or TV subscription sales

  • ❌ Selling or reselling streaming accounts

  • ❌ Pirated, illegal, or copyrighted content distribution

  • ❌ Gambling or betting services

  • ❌ Adult or pornographic content

  • ❌ Dating services or escort services

  • ❌ Illegal or fraudulent businesses

  • ❌ Any activity violating intellectual property laws

If a client is found to be involved in prohibited industries, we reserve the right to immediately terminate service without refund.

4. No Streaming or TV-Related Services Disclaimer

Klaar SEO strictly does not provide:

  • Streaming subscriptions

  • IPTV or television service access

  • Entertainment content distribution

  • TV payment processing

  • Media reselling services

Any references made by customers to “TV,” “subscriptions,” or “streaming” refer only to their own business type, not to services offered by Klaar SEO.

5. Client Responsibility & Business Verification

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate business details

  • Declare their website or intended website use

  • Ensure their business complies with laws and platform policies

  • Submit business verification if requested

We reserve the right to review, approve, or reject clients based on compliance.

6. Payment Terms

  • Payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed

  • Services begin after payment confirmation

  • Refunds are not guaranteed once work has started

  • Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate suspension

7. No Guarantee of Rankings or Results

While we apply best practices in SEO and digital marketing:

  • We do not guarantee specific rankings or traffic levels

  • Search engine results depend on external algorithms beyond our control

8. Content & Intellectual Property

Clients must ensure all provided content:

  • Is legally owned or licensed

  • Does not infringe copyrights

  • Does not contain illegal or harmful material

Klaar SEO holds no liability for illegal client-provided content.

9. Suspension & Termination Rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

  • A client violates these Terms

  • The business is involved in prohibited industries

  • Fraud, abuse, or misrepresentation occurs

  • Legal or compliance risks arise

10. Limitation of Liability

Klaar SEO is not responsible for:

  • Business losses

  • Revenue loss

  • Third-party platform suspensions

  • Algorithm changes

  • Client misuse of services

11. Compliance With Financial & Platform Policies

Clients must comply with the rules of:

  • Payment processors (Wise, Stripe, PayPal, etc.)

  • Advertising platforms

  • Search engines

  • Applicable local and international laws

We actively enforce compliance to protect our business and partners.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services means acceptance of changes.
